- Responsible for middle/senior/oversea talent acquisition (e.g. Brand Manager, Sales Director, Sales & Marketing Head and General Manager) for Luxury, FMCG (Cosmetic) and Retail industry in Taiwan.
- Fully involved in retain search (Industry overview, Market Intelligent field research, Talent overview, Candidate interview, Candidate profiling report/presentation, Candidate’s follow-up)
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions and advices in sourcing for the right talents.
- Use various sourcing strategies to ATTRACT passive talents including social networks, events and referrals.
