工作範圍會根據不同同仁能力及經歷做分配，以下為工作類型範疇： 外部聯繫及文件收發，如訪客、來電、快遞、來信處理等。 內部文件維護，如內部流程整理、專案資料整理。 資料查找，如政府申辦資料等其他業務所需資料。 辦公室日常用品採購，倉庫資產盤點、管理及設備報修。 電商平台管理與維護，如商品上架及出貨準備。 協助帳務管理並與會計師事務所配合，如請款申請、憑證整理、資料登打等。 協助並執行協會常態專案，如研討會、教育訓練、座談會、補助計畫等。 公司內外部活動支援，如場地租借、餐飲調查與訂購（訂位）、各項會議時間調查。 主管交辦之其他任務。
