Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your skills in data querying languages and quantitative analysis to help optimize the customer journey and make the user onboarding process seamless. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve customer acquisition strategies and evaluating all acquisition channels to make data-informed launch decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the customer journey through the funnel using user experience research tools and data
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and increase user engagement
  • Make the user onboarding process seamless and quick
  • Focus on specific product flows, segmentation and optimization to drive key metrics like DAU and MAU
  • Evaluate and implement a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy, including paid and organic media such as display and PPC advertising, online and offline advertising
  • Analyze and draw actionable insights from complex data sets
  • Design and synthesize results of multivariate tests to make data-informed launch decisions
  • Apply growth tactics to different product areas and think through detailed elements of a product experience
  • Communicate with extreme clarity and simplify complex concepts

Requirements

  • Experience in market analysis, data research and strategy formation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to define metrics and analyze data
  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Experience with experimentation to design multivariate tests and synthesize test results
  • Experience evaluating, devising and implementing a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy, including display and PPC advertising, online and offline advertising
  • Creative product ideation skills to apply growth tactics broadly to different product areas
  • A willingness to challenge long-held assumptions, think from first principles, and use indirect and creative approaches to come up with solutions
