We are looking for an extremely entrepreneurial product manager who values moving quickly. We’re at very early stage, so this PM role focuses largely on strategy (market analysis, competitor intelligence) at this early stage, as well as execution.

• Research and analysis of markets, competition and product mix.
• Research, present on new market areas, analyzes the competitive environment and future trends, and makes recommendations based on findings.
• Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
• Define and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan including positioning, policy, launch strategy, PR
• Display strong leadership, organizational and execution skills.
• Primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps.

• You have experience working with market analysis, data and research to inform strategies
• You communicate with extreme clarity. You are a simplifier, not a complexifier.
• You thrive in ambiguous situations
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You can define metrics and analyze those metrics to make informed decisions
• You have strong organizational and leadership skills. You can share experiences where you've helped others play to their strengths, working with a number of colleagues to prioritize tasks and get things done in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the technology or recruitment sectors.
