About Your Next Opportunity

HTC VIVE is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to support our Viveport and Viverse teams. The ideal candidate will identify growth opportunities for the company, and select and prioritize growth goals.

Additional job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Use data, analytics, and other tools to inform decisions and growth strategies
• Ensure that resources inside and outside the business improve growth
• Report on initiatives and projects to management
• Replicate successful strategies at scale

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities)

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 3 years in a growth marketing role; technical or product background is preferred
• Proven track record of successful growth campaigns
• Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics
• Skilled at web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels
• Knowledgeable of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms
• Good command of English; strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and diverse environment
