Responsibilities:

• Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Help BD manager overseeing customer account management.
• Responsibility for analyzing customer requirements, scope technical requirements, manage multiple software development efforts, and coordinate project delivery.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, oversee escalation management, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Participation in a team of internal & external experts to develop our solution& service in fast-paced environment.
• Assisting to prepare materials for contract negotiation and close agreements to maximize profits.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience software engineering, building, and shipping apps and/or services.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in software, IT (Information Technology) service or other related technology domain.
• Fluent spoken, written, and presentation in both Japanese and English is a must.
