1. Support Business deliverables and ensure Product Compliance

• Ensuring notification for cosmetics, registration for special function cosmetic, regular commodity (Within defined portfolio) complete and meet commercial expectations and OCD for NPL/BB.

• Review local labels for brands within a defined portfolio to ensure compliance with Cosmetic regulation and all relevant Laws.

• Review advertisement and work for innovative and competitive claims for brands

2. Regulatory intelligence

• Closely monitor TFDA, DOH, EPA for regulation and all relevant laws changes and timely update.

• Monitor the cosmetic regulation changes in EU and ASEAN and timely communicate.

• Monitor NTF system for competitor intelligence.

3. Business Engagement and Collaboration

• Provide RA evaluation and recommendation for stakeholders according to Taiwan regulation.

• Provide assistant to Annual RA awareness training for business partners.

• Timely Communicate with business stakeholders for any foresee regulatory impact to product.

• Provide assistant to RA newsletter: including RA deliverables, reg intel, competitor intel and AAE report if any.

4. Execution excellence

• Regulatory data generation and maintenance with accuracy and integrity in operation system

• Work in conjunction with other organization, regional, brand, cross functions, and authorities to simplify process and improve efficiency.

-Minimum working hour：24 hours per week.

- Majoring in chemical or biological sciences, pharmacy, toxicology, or other related disciplines.

- Science technical knowledge for Cosmetic, and its regulation and Law in Taiwan.

- Experience in Cosmetic notification and special function Cosmetic Product registration.

- Experience in Advertisement and claim.

- Experience in Label indications.

- Excellent written and verbal Mandarin and English communication skills.
