▲ Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise, design skills, and expert operational support for routing, switching, LAN, WAN, and wireless network traffic and traffic management.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, and proxies.
• Monitor network performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance and availability.
• Ensure network security through the implementation of best practices and the identification of potential vulnerabilities.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to suggest enhancements to the network infrastructure.
• Have familiarity with site-to-site VPN and SSL VPN solutions.

▲ Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience analyzing requirements for implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting network devices, functions, tools, and processes in a mid to large enterprise or telecommunications environment.
• Mandatory experience in practical firewall usage, operation, maintenance, rule configuration, and troubleshooting for this role.
• Proficient in creating accurate network diagrams and documentation for designing and planning network communication systems to meet business needs.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and solve complex problems, with the ability to visualize and implement effective solutions.
• Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols, including Routing, SD-WAN, AAA, IPSEC, RADIUS, LDAP, 802.1x, and public/private key encryption.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Must effectively collaborate and navigate within teams across multiple initiatives, spanning various lines of business, geographic borders, time zones, and cultures.
• Self-motivated and capable of working collaboratively in a team environment, while also inspiring and encouraging others.
• Adaptable to rapidly changing technologies and environments.
• Familiarity with security concepts, such as stateful packet filtering, access lists, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security functions.
• Experience with endpoint detection and response techniques and management solutions is a plus.
• Experience with compliance standards such as SOC, ISO 27001, SOX, and security frameworks such as NIST is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with SASE/ZTNA solutions will be considered a plus.
