About The Role
We are looking for a Social Community Specialist / Manager, who will be responsible for managing & monitoring multiple brands' social media channels. If you are a self-driven and ambitious growth hacker, we would love to meet you. We are expecting you to be experienced in viral marketing. Previous experience in managing Discord & Telegram communities and an in-depth knowledge of Web3 is a bonus.

What You’ll Do

  • Mainly work at social media channels: Telegram, Discord, Twitter
  • Responsible for day-to-day social media moderating and engagement.
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner.
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists.
  • Stay up-to-date with crypto technology trends.
  • Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.
  • Provide engaging content for all social media and professional accounts.
  • Develop, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies.

Requirements

What You’ll Need

  • Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role.
  • Previous experience in crypto strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Discord, Twitter, and Telegram.
  • Experienced in online marketing, growth hacking, and viral marketing.
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management, ability to interpret website traffic.
