• 經營與提升MetaCRM品牌形象
• 經營MetaCRM的所有對外社群媒體 (Official Website, Twitter, Telegram, Medium, Discord)
  • 構思社群媒體行銷策略
  • 管理社群媒體渠道
  • 撰寫社群媒體行銷內容
  • 協助執行行銷相關企劃與活動
  • 蒐集與回覆用戶反饋
• 支援BD團隊
  • 協助BD進行市場調查
  • 支援BD庶務

Responsibilities

• Run and enhance the brand image of MetaCRM
• Manage all external social media for MetaCRM (Official Website, Twitter, Telegram, Medium, Discord)
  • Conceptualize social media marketing strategies
  • Manage social media channels
  • Create marketing content of of all social media channels
  • Execute marketing plans and activities
  • Collect and respond to user feedback
• Support the BD team
  • Assist BD with market research
  • Support BD with administrative work

職務需求

• Native or full professional等級英語
• 3年以上社群行銷經驗
• 行銷專案企劃能力
• 具社群軟體經營經驗（Twitter/Discord/Telegram）
• 熟悉使用SAAS工具與同仁協作(Slack, Notion, Keynote, Figma 等工具）

Qualifications

• Native or full professional-level English
• At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing
• Strong ability to plan marketing projects
• Experience in managing social media platforms (Twitter / Discord)
• Experience with using SAAS tools to co-work with colleagues (Slack, Notion, Keynote, Figma, etc...)

加分項目

• 英語或第三外語（韓.日.西班牙語由佳）
• 曾參與過區塊鏈公司行銷工作
• 具區塊鏈投資或研究經驗

Nice To Have

• In addition to English, proficiency in a third language (Korean, Japanese, Spanish preferred)
• Experience in marketing for a blockchain company
• Experience in blockchain investment or research is a plus
