Primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

- In-house application support and maintenance.

- Design, develop, configure, migrate, test and application system implement.

- Cross team collaboration.

- Meeting users for application compatibility and support.

- Systems integration.

- Work closely with the team (other system developers, infrastructure & system teammates) to understand business needs and deliver features in good quality at timely manner.

- Manage overall change request and/or incident backlog for the owned topics and ensure the high quality of corrections and notes for the owned topic areas and of stable assist packages with no regressions.

- Assist our business users during product deployment, critical operations, and system rollout via standard infrastructure, creating maintenance notes and documentation.

- 3-5 years of work experience.

- Familiarity with SQL and experience with Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services, or other reporting tools.

- HTML, CSS, JAVA Script, ASP .NET (MVC or Core)

- Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Technical Solution.

- Basic collaboration and communication skills needed to ensure satisfaction and work in cross-cultural teams and across geographies (US and APAC region countries).

- Good understanding of data modeling and complex database schema.

- Experience in performance related topics and test-driven developments a plus point.

- Intermediate in English.
