Responsibilities:

• Design and plan efficient, scalable backend architectures, integrating various generative AI applications to support diverse business scenarios.
• Research and integrate various internal and external generative AI services, developing a unified interface to ensure technical efficiency and consistency.
• Proactively introduce and implement practices to improve software quality and efficiency, such as planning and implementing automated tests, executing test plans, conducting test case analysis, and writing unit tests.
• Work closely with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers, clearly providing technical details and effectively communicating and collaborating with the team.
• Understand and evaluate cloud service costs, making optimal decisions among various cloud service options.
• Maintain flexibility in work projects, able to adjust and provide comprehensive support according to team goals.

Job requirements:

• More than 4 years of backend development experience.
• Over 4 years of experience with Python or Go, with expert-level proficiency in at least one of these languages.
• Extensive experience in cloud development (AWS/Azure/GCP), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and container technologies.
• Experienced in CI/CD setup, capable of independently planning and implementing CI/CD mechanisms for services.
• In-depth understanding of cutting-edge AI generative technologies, keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI generative technologies, such as transformer models and diffusion models.
• Experience in researching or developing large language models.
• Strong innovation drive and problem-solving skills, eager to explore emerging technologies and committed to continuous personal and team growth.
