Job Description

【Job Summary】

Synchronizes all the operations involved in the successful completion of a particular project. Supports and enhances customer relationships. Demonstrates technical capability of delivering less complexity projects. This includes developing project schedules and ensures that all team members understand the scope of the project as well as their individual responsibility.

【ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES】

  • Responsible for project management
  • Develop detailed project plans with milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Track progress of projects to ensure that deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Monitor resource availability, identify potential resource conflicts, and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
  • Communicate schedule updates to stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports on the status of projects.
  • Identify areas of improvement in the scheduling process


Technology management

  • Be capable to comprehend a wide range of technology.
  • Need to be comfortable with and have the capability making presentation to the customers in both English and Chinese for our capability introduction.

Market survey

  • Consolidate pros and cons of a technology and make a comparison with related technology.
  • Identify new technology trends and opportunities that can benefit the business.

Requirements

【KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS】

  • Any certification in Project Management preferred·
  • Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and e-mail skills required.
  • Intermediate English capability in writing and speaking.

【EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS】

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 2 -3 years of experience in project management. ·
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
