Seeking VR Developer

We’re looking for a talented programmer in C++/C# for short term full time contract work. You'll be expected to work with industry tools and game engines to create a wide range of compelling and immersive experiences for VR/AR/Theme Park installations and more!

Responsibilities

• Work with different disciplines artists, designers and other programmers to produce VR games and applications within schedule timeline
• Performance optimization
• Maintain active communication with the team
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and drive when performing job functions, while remaining flexible in undertaking other activities and responsibilities that may arise
• Learn quickly, work independently and research solutions to technical programs.

Qualifications

• At least two years towards a degree in Computer Science, or (equivalent degree)
• Must have experience using Unreal or Unity3D to make applications, or equivalent experience developing software
• Familiarity with software development process, bug tracking, source control (Git or equivalent)
• Experience managing large codebases
• Experience making games, and VR applications
• Experience launching a commercial product
• Familiarity with HCI, User Interfaces
• Javascript and Unreal Blueprints
• English speaking required for position at a competent level, comfortable communicating with native english speakers

Potential for full time permanent employment offer based on performance. Preference for Taipei based talent, but remote workers will be considered as well.

- Full-time contract commitment for 4-5 months.
- Skills and experience in IK, Animation, AI, VR a plus.
