1. 年目標設定：需要將公司制定的大目標化為小目標並有效執行。將營運成效衡

量基礎按月來制定目標並敦促分店店長達成。

2. 會員服務：屏除日常健身營運，為了提供更多價值給會員，店長也需專注於會員

3. 健身房營運支援：此職位也須隨時支援健身房日常營運，協助各分店店長順利

Job Responsibilities:

1. Annual Goal Achievement: Decompose the company's overarching

objectives into smaller, manageable targets, and effectively execute them.

Establish monthly performance metrics and motivate branch managers to

reach these benchmarks.

2. Member Services Focus: Beyond daily fitness operations, concentrate on

providing exceptional member services, and work in conjunction with

headquarters to accomplish monthly and daily activity objectives. Formulate

relevant action plans.

3. Gym Operational Assistance: This role also entails continuous support for

everyday gym operations, helping branch managers to efficiently carry out

their duties.

4. Organize Education and Training: Instructors' implementation abilities are

essential for drawing in new members and servicing existing ones. Prioritize

ensuring high-quality business communication, fitness/equipment/health

guidance, and consultation.

5. Branch Management on a Daily Basis: As the primary liaison for branch

managers, the COO must supervise the operational tasks of each branch:

● Maintenance and administration of equipment

● Managing and generating monthly operational reports

● Overseeing branch financials

● Cultivating team spirit and supervising team performance and

execution standards

● Managing teams and evaluating instructor performance

● Addressing customer grievances
