行銷企劃專員 / Campaign Marketing Specialist (Mid-Senior)
Job Description
隨著 CakeResume 快速成長，我們正積極尋找【行銷企劃專員 Campaign Marketing Specialist】加入台灣行銷團隊，協助舉辦能擴大品牌影響力的線上/線下活動，打造面向求職者及企業端的活絡交流的社群，並和團隊一起將 CakeResume 品牌向外拓展，讓求職者能夠獲得更多元的視野與體驗！
What Will You Be Working On？
- 負責品牌線上/線下活動包括企劃與執行，為 CakeResume 品牌擴大影響力
- 訂定線上/線下活動執行的策略及預算編列與成本控管
- 舉辦品牌活動包括但不限於：面向人才與面向企業端的活動、大型徵才博覽會等，打造串連人才與企業端的活絡社群
- 為品牌拓展與外部單位合作活動的機會，例如參加政府/校園徵才攤位、展會、座談會等
- 針對活動成效建立數據追蹤與效益分析，並能持續優化
- 協助辦公室活動場地運營策略、場地活動安排
What you should have？
- 至少一年以上與活動企劃、公關活動、社群經營相關經驗
- 擁有活動企劃創意發想、創新及創造力
- 具有流暢且邏輯良好的中文書寫能力
- 良好溝通協調能力，善長對內與對外協作溝通
- 對於求職、職涯、職場主題有興趣，且有能力自主尋找及統整相關資訊
- 目標導向且具自發性，能夠兼顧效率與品質，高度掌握時程進度並主動溝通
Interview process
合適者將收到通知並進行以下流程：
- 約 30 分鐘的線上視訊面試
- 完成一份 pre-interview task（5 天內繳交）
- 約 1-2 小時的實體面試
