• 與我們的行銷團隊合作，開發和企劃引人入勝的影片內容
• 一條龍負責影片製作，包括企劃、腳本撰寫、拍攝、剪輯與上架 (核心企劃、腳本、拍攝和整體創意思考的能力為主要，剪輯和後製可彈性安排部分和外包廠商配合）
• 確保所有製作的影片內容都符合公司的品牌風格和整體對外策略
• 隨時了解最新的影片製作技術且熟悉行業脈動與趨勢
• 對於求職、職涯、職場主題有興趣，且有能力自主尋找題材或與團隊夥伴腦力激盪出有趣的主題
• 目標導向且具自發性，能夠兼顧效率與品質，高度掌握時程進度並主動與協作夥伴溝通

• 是影視多媒體產業專家：具備 3 年以上影視相關工作經驗，熟悉 Youtube 頻道收益和推薦機制加分
• 能獨當一面，大小事都難不倒：其中 2 年以上在電影、電視、商業電影或自媒體擔任製作人、總企劃等相關的職位
• 是超強的話題捕手：隨時掌握最新社群熱門話題與趨勢，敏銳又幽默是不可或缺的特質
• 顧前顧後細心管理：對於管理預算、規劃與管理影片製作時程有經驗
• 有卓越的執行力：熟悉如何處理影片前期到後期製作的所有內容，包括企劃發想、腳本撰寫、攝影、後製工作或相關領域
• 樂意與團隊合作：能夠與團隊共同制定出符合品牌定位與目標之影片內容
• 對內對外一把罩：能展現出色的外部關係維繫和專案管理能力

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and plan engaging video content.
• Oversee all aspects of video production, including scripting, shooting, and editing, with great attention to detail.
• Ensure all produced video content aligns with the company's brand, style guidelines, and overall messaging strategy.
• Coordinate with other teams as necessary to incorporate video content into broader marketing campaigns.
• Manage external vendors, freelancers, and any other partners involved in video production.
• Keep track of video production timelines, ensure all projects are completed on schedule, and demonstrate patience in managing the production process.
• Stay current on the latest video production techniques and industry trends.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong writing skills in Chinese. Professional working proficiency in English.
• 3+ years of equivalent work experience with 2+ years of experience acting as an individual producer in film, television, commercial film, or content production, developing and tracking budgets, schedules, and assets, handling everything from pre-to-post production, including development, scriptwriting, principal photography, post-production workflows, or related field.
• A good team player with a positive attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills in team and client management.
