Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Intern to join J&J. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand's presence and drive engagement within the  sector. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to identify customer segments, develop targeted marketing initiatives, and foster collaboration across teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Contribute to the formulation of digital marketing strategies, focusing on identifying target customer segments and tailoring campaigns to meet their specific needs.
  • Digital Marketing Execution: Identify and apply the most effective digital marketing methods for the orthopaedics industry, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content tailored to the needs of digital platforms and our target audience, ensuring alignment with our brand's message and values.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure seamless deployment of marketing initiatives. Support ongoing collaboration with Regulatory, Quality, Professional Education/Sales Leadership Development (ProfEd/SLD), and Compliance teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external contacts, particularly within the Taiwan Marketing division, to enhance marketing efforts and outcomes.


Requirements

Need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree   (MBA, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred)
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a portfolio or examples of successful campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing plans.
  • Experience managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in Mandarin and English, with a TOEIC score of 850 or above, or equivalent certification.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good to have: 

  • Is highly creative with a passion for digital marketing and a keen interest in the orthopedics industry
  • Exhibits strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Strong project management skills, preferably with experience in a corporate setting.

This is a two-month internship position with the potential for extensive learning and professional development in digital marketing within the healthcare sector. Candidates who excel in their role may have the opportunity for further engagement or future positions within the company.
