Job Description

About the assignment:

•Actively develop and implement process solutions to lower costs and increase operational efficiency while safeguarding the customer experience and corporate governance.

•Develop in-depth understanding of the Dairy Farm accounting and administrative policies & guidelines and ensure continuous compliance.

•Support BNOM in coordinating the yearly financial budget.

•Responsible for managing store budget and central spending ensure follow up when there are deviation. - Ensure local procurement and tender processes is conducted in compliance with company policies.

•Lead and ensure contract terms are reviewed properly and in compliance with local laws and regulation as well as Dairy Farm policies.

•Ensure cost effective contracts with appropriate contract terms which reflects the negotiated terms. - Lead the continuous improvement of business process, internal control and corporate governance. - Responsible for the preparation of accurate periodic financial reports.

•Responsible for coordinating store audits, stock take and ensure compliance with relevant Dairy Farm and IKEA policies. Co-operate across functions to ensure everyone understands and contributes to the recovery process by focusing on prevention, revenue, sustainability and quality.

•Develop the team to ensure that they can grow and develop professional knowledge in their specialty.

•Lead and Make use of leadership skills to assign, guide, coach, delegate and supervise work in a timely manner.

•Responsible for ensuring expresses and payment are in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

About previous experience and skills:

•Strong detail oriented mindset.

•Basic knowledge of accounting principles and tax laws.

•Experience in analyzing and preparing financial statements.

•Experience in working with budgets and cost follow up.

•Customer-oriented mindset, constantly driven to find better ways.

•Strong risk management and corporate governance awareness.

•Multi-tasking, time management skills and work well under pressure.

•Eager to coach and develop team.

•Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English.
